Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if you receive a damaged item.
Mandatory Opening Video Proof
To be eligible for a refund, it is compulsory to record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.
- The video must start before opening the package
- The parcel label must be clearly visible
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded in one continuous video (no cuts)
⚠️ No refund will be processed without a proper opening video.
Time Frame
- Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted
Refund Process
- Share the unboxing video along with images of the damaged item via WhatsApp or Email
- Our team will verify the issue
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Important Notes
- Minor packaging damage without damage to the item is not eligible for refund
- No refund for issues caused due to mishandling after delivery
- Items purchased during sale or with discount codes are non-refundable, unless received damaged
- Only genuine claims with proper proof will be accepted
